Its untestet but everything is done, except the SSS in all Nephilim Levels.
Trophies that should pop:
All Difficultys: Nephilim, SoS, VMD, HoH, HaH.
Max Life, Devil Trigger and all Attacks. (after using the last Skillpoint for Skills > jump on ennemies(i dont knoe how its called in english)
Like i allready said, the only trophie that will not pop is the "SSS in all Mission on Nephilim Difficulty)
PS: Its untested, give me a little feedback if it worked for you, thanks!
Edit: New save with 100% of the DLC (For the Nephilim SSS and the "100% in all missions on one Difficulty u should just play 1 Mission on Nephilim): You must login or register to view this content.

thanks for the saves here is a save from me it is include the Trophy I'll try it your way for once.
Load the save resign with Xploder and play some level to earn the Trophy
