Ok Guys, here we go again
I've completet the story of the 3 dlc again. Load up the char and chose true vault hunter mode.So here is the first trophy:
Face Off
Completed the mission "The Fall of Nakayama"
turn in last mission on hammerlock and u get it.
Been There
Discovered all named locations in Hammerlock's Hunt
u have to use these save also for all locations, just turn in final story mission and travel to the target lcoation from the new mission u get from hammerlock. it's the last location for the trophy.

Starting to wonder if "Been There" is glitched.
I played the complete DLC co-op with a friend. We hit all locations, and he got the trophy to pop when we fought Voracidous the Invincible (which is an area you need to discover), I did not. We spent a few hours backtracking each of the areas, but the damn thing won't pop.
Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?

try my save for the dlc story mission, that should work. otherwhise maybe the trophy is really glitched, like the moxx pic trophy from second dlc.

Will do and btw--those shotguns you have on your Axten are just SIC! lol. It took less than 30 seconds to knock down Voracidous solo.
On my 'regular' account, he was a real bastard to defeat.
