You can stay in the bunker with your sniper, kill enemies by peaking out and run back to the 7 or so healthpacks in the bunker if you get hit... after your done with that part, there will only be about 3 enemies next to a plane inside and another 3 along with the Stormloser, easily taken out with the bazooka.
