EDIT:
I tested your Platinum save and it pops:
Load up any level for:
All Firearms Collected
All Hand Guns Collected
All Machine Guns Collected
All Assault Rifles Collected
All Shotguns Collected
All Sniper Rifles Collected
All Heavy Weapons Collected
All Melee Weapons Found - You must pick up 1 Melee Weapon for the trophy to pop.
