Thanx for the saves.
Removing either lightning, magic ect weapons from the bottomless box will pop the corresponding trophies. And then buying any necromancy, miracle or spell will pop those trophies. The rest are action trophies that need you to complete the required actions (ring the bell, defeat the boss or join a covenant)

I bought some miracle spells from Petrus, the guy in Firelink Shrine, but the trophy didn't pop up. Especially the Knight's Honor trophy. I went through the bottomless box and picked out all of the rare weapons, and went through it to make sure at 20 times.

I used this save. BLES01402 - BLES01402DRAKS005.zip
Dont know what to tell you bro. Trophies popped for me when removing items and buying spells.
