You have to have held every special weapon in its first state +0 at some point. For all of the unique special weapons (+5) you can downgrade them to the previous weapon, then re make at the blacksmith to the special. EG take Queelag's Fury Sword+5 to the Giant Blacksmith in Anor Londo, downgrade it to Schmitar +10, then remake it to Queelag's Fury Sword +0. This has to be done with all the unique special weapons. Regular special weapons such as the Black Knight Sword, Stone Shield etc. cannot be downgraded back to the +0 state. You'll have to go around the world and find these, but with your super mule character this should be fairly easy and pretty quick if you use a guide.
Spell trophies I'm still mystified with. I can't for the life of me get these top pop with any of the saves. Even collecting all of the spells from the world/vendors again won't pop them. Will have to do this legit now. I like this game but I can't be bothered with another play through! Ah well!

Ok i will try this if is your personal experience then i will report. About the Spells is imposible to get the trophies with this saves, becouse you need to get the spells for the first time, one of the miracles required to be in ng+ you sacrifice gwyn soul to the sunlight altar. In my personale experience i needed a "virgin" character with no spells to get them.
I will report my Knights Honor Experience this saturday.
