I don't know as well. I haven't anything about if they do or not. You could start it on a dummy account input the saves and then do the storyline trophy should take 2 minutes since you can do a single scene then save it and see if the trophy unlocks.

Same thing happened to me, well it didn't die but the HDD did I didn't get a chance to save it to my cloud storage, the one that was there only had the created superstar done.
