get a usb, format it to FAT32, create a folder PS3, open it, create a folder SAVEDATA..put save or saves in there....now you resign the saves to your profile with your favorite resigner...transfer to ps3 and pop trophies...use search and google for the rest since its a question thats been answered a million times
