BUT YOU MUST DELETE YOUR PROFILE SAVE because your profile save is registered on your ID and these saves are registered on a BLANK, dont worry about deleting your profile save its just the settings. which you can change them again.
and yes i know theres like 3 saves with CHEATS activated, BUT you can still get the trophies! i tested myself and my other three friends tested,
I used BruteForce, i Decrypted all the saves and registered them as BLANK users and then Encrypted them. so NO NEED FOR RESIGNING

just released his Beast Save lol its actually a better save! the saves pops on load 'Alot of Cheddar' 'Multi-Disciplined' 'Show Off' 'San Andreas Sightseer' 'Close Shave' POPS ON FREAKIN LOAD! and finish the last mission in front of you and you get 'A Mystery, Solved' 'Career Criminal' 'Solid Gold, Baby' 8 trophies with this save with both gold trophies!

Here's what you do to make it work, I know for US:
Put your saves on a USB, then delete all your saves off your PS3. Then put those saves in a safe folder on your PC, then download the files from the links above. Then just put the specific save on your usb, put it on your PS3 and use it. No need for Xploder or Bruteforce.

Ok, here is a step by step on how to make the saves work. It's quite simple.
1) Copy your save and your profile from your ps3 to your computer and save them in a folder called MY SAVE. the reason for this is so you will have your original save to go back to once you are finished using the saves. Just insert it back onto the ps3 when you are done with the files.
2) Download the saves from the site and save them in a folder called GTA Saves
3) Open Brute Force and load your save. NOT THE PROFILE! Ignore this and the next step if you are using a US game! If playing a US Game, go to point 5
4) Copy your title ID if using a EU game into note pad.
5) Now load up the save you want to use in game. If this save is US and you are using EU, copy and paste your title ID into the US title ID section. You will now have two versions of the save, 1 US and the other EU.
6) Now Now click on Update Account ID and select copy PARAMS (First option)
7) Then click On Verify PFD
Then Rebuild and Rebuild Full
9) Delete all GTA Files from your PS3, except the one which lets you redo missions.
10) Now go to the save folder which you are using, eg Close Shave. Inside this folder you should have two versions of the save, one BLUS and one BLES is using an EU save.
11) Copy this new save onto a memory stick and put it into your ps3. Copy the file from the stick onto the ps3 and load the game.
12). Now follow the instructions in the READ ME! attached to the save and the trophy will pop.

THE close shave trophy doesnt pop. Do i NEED to do the knife flights? BTW, I deleted my profile and for anyone having tropble making them pop, sign out of the playstation network and it should work, happened to me with stunt jumps.

To help prevent corruption in the EU saves transfer the save you want onto your memory stick then load up Bruteforce (latest version) use the path way to your memory stick then when the save appears double click it to update the param then it should work no problems I have tested this on all the EU saves and it works
