BUT YOU MUST DELETE YOUR PROFILE SAVE because your profile save is registered on your ID and these saves are registered on a BLANK, dont worry about deleting your profile save its just the settings. which you can change them again.
and yes i know theres like 3 saves with CHEATS activated, BUT you can still get the trophies! i tested myself and my other three friends tested,
I used BruteForce, i Decrypted all the saves and registered them as BLANK users and then Encrypted them. so NO NEED FOR RESIGNING

just released his Beast Save lol its actually a better save! the saves pops on load 'Alot of Cheddar' 'Multi-Disciplined' 'Show Off' 'San Andreas Sightseer' 'Close Shave' POPS ON FREAKIN LOAD! and finish the last mission in front of you and you get 'A Mystery, Solved' 'Career Criminal' 'Solid Gold, Baby' 8 trophies with this save with both gold trophies!

My apologies, I'll try to type the instructions on how to resign and whatnot to those who don't know how to for this GTA V trophy save.
What you will need;
~Bruteforce
~Save Resigner 1.4
~USB
~PS3
1. Plug USB in computer and make a folder name " PS3 ", within that folder make another folder name " SAVEDATA ". That is where GTA V saves will be copy and paste in.

Scroll down a little and click on blue texts that says "Download PS3 Bruteforce Save Data 4 download link"
3. Download Save Resigner 1.4 here: You must login or register to view this content.
4.Download the NGU's GTA V Trophy file ( US 'BLU' or EU 'BLEU'
. 5. Extract both programs AND the saves to a location you can easily find. Install them both after extraction. Now, Bruteforce might pop up an error message saying MSVBVM50 can not be found or whatever, don't worry, install here: You must login or register to view this content. run it and install brutforce again. Enter a friendly name (message will pop up). Once Brutforce and Resigner is open, Bruteforce will later prompt a message saying you need to configure a global ID, follow the next instrution for this.
6. On your PS3, plug in your USB, copy any save you have to USB from Save Data Utility ( one save ). Plug USB to computer. Open Bruteforce and the message for global ID should appear, click browse or whatever and click on your usb and select you save and select PARAM.SFO. Delete your save on USB afterwards.
7. Open up Save Resigner and click Customized Profile Settings tab and click ' or load FROM Param.SFO ' and click USB > save > click Param.sfo. Save it as All 3 Profiles for any issues in advance. '' Save as Profile 01, 02, 03 ''
8. Open up the NGU's saves and click and copy file 'BLUXXXXXXX' to USB. On Brutefore click the three dots ' ... ' on top left corner > find the NGU GTA V save and select it. Brutforce will then recognize it as GTA V. click the name of the detected file and that will have it highlighted in BLUE. On the bottom click Dcrypt PFD. Left box should turn green if done correctly.
9. Copy NGU Save 'BLUXXXXXXX' to USB.
10. DO THIS ONE RIGHT, RED CAREFULLY! Open Save Resigner 1.4. Click Save Resigner Tab, click File > Open > USB > Click the PARAM.SFO in the save > green loading should appear. SELECT '' Select a Profile (to resign to)'' > click Profile 01 > click Resign, wait till message saying thst you have resigned the save for sure.
11. MUST DO THIS CORRECTLY ALSO. Go to USB and the delete the ORIGINAL BACKUP save (you'll see it when you go in the folder). THEN, go to Bruteforce and select Encrypt all Decrypt files (must do that everytime, otherwise, you get the corrupt file message).
12. After You Encrypt, eject USB for secure reason. On PS3 go to Save Data Utility and and organize your gamesaves by click triangle and click by Title and go into GTA V. Delete the Profile Save and your Mission Saves, leave the Mission Reply save alone or delete it.. actually just delete the whole folder.. lol. From the USB copy the file over, should say 100% not corrupt becasue you encrypt it and your global ID is on it.
13. Start the game and do whatever the the files tells you to do in the NGU file save that has " READ ME " FOR HOW-TO GET TROPHIES.
Repeat Step 8-12 for each saves.
Here's video TuT, It explains the first few steps, forget that it's a money mod (NGU fill with $, not necessary if you're getting the trophies only, focus on the steps to use the two programs and PS3 save to USB part. Sub to him for the vid.
