So here it is folks. I just finished capping all three factions to lvl 30 and have access to Prestige, but this is before actually doing it. I can't guarantee how it works, but test it out by winning a match with either Joker or Bane (they also get a slight amount for the over all XP). I've also already one with each faction on every map so possible trophies include
Killing Joke (play a match with Joker team)
Fallen Knight (play a match with Bane team)
Gotham All-Star (play a match in general)
Arsenal, Awesome (play with one of the guns already at level 9)
Tales of Gotham (win just once on any map)
Then finally go into loadouts, select Prestige and that should give you Legend
Again, these are untested. SO 50-50 shot if they'll work. If they do, it will save you countless hours and migraines of this horrid multiplayer.

OP updated to reflect this has to be done on a fresh account. Again, I wasn't sure if they were save based or server based, since when I had my stats reset on me twice (my Joker faction had its level progress rest from 15 and 17 back to 1 on two different occasions) and they weren't restored from the server after quitting and reloading I thought they may only be save based.

That's a good point actually. Stats should never be reset if they are saved online. Also, it seems some people got it to work with playing online before and some without, such as Curoiaman below:

I was able to get this save to work even after already playing online just like Curoiaman.
All I did was delete my shared data save (don't forget to make a backup of your saves) and my multiplayer save and then added the save from Neofrost.
When I loaded the game it created a new shared data save and I was able to use this save and get the stated trophies to pop.
I can't guarantee that this will work for everybody , but it worked for me and I hope someone can test this and see if it works for them also.
