I just found out how to get 8 Buster with the lv60 cop save.
Way down in the left corner on the map there is a Interceptor event called Zero Hour. Start that event, take the car out and the trophy pops :-)

This is how i did it, Zero Hour race, and just keep going and repair and rince and repeat.

It's exist above the save for racer and cop lv60 and 100 gold medals
I think you can get a trophy for buying 10 cars only buy one car
For 500000 trophy you have to do it by yourself.
