Nope there is a save marked "Super Starter Save" but it only includes things easily done in Redeye's editor (Stats, skills, and money) but no masks or weapon mods.

Good to hear... Oh and a save set it what the name says, a set of saves from the game usually stated in the title of the thread... Most save sets are a full set of saves for all/most of the trophies in the game.

I just got around to re-testing the saves and both of them are just 3,000 shy of the next level... not sure why yours didn't work for you.

I don't know... I just opened up the save with hex and saw how small the file is... I'd have to study it a little bit cause i'm kinda new to hex but if I knew the right things to add then i'm sure it can be done but it's not priority #1 right now for me.
