What's included?
- You have 10 chars that start before character creation
- Every useable item
- Two of every weapon already fully upgraded
- Every piece of armor fully upgraded
- Every max ring
- Every arrow
- Every upgrade material at 99
How come I can't find the weapons, spells, or armors?
- I put all that in your Item Box so that it would be a little more organized.
Added Version 3
-Now includes all DLC weapons, armors, spells, items and keys.
-Does not allow use of DLC area if you don't already have it purchased.
-Changed item stacks from 65k to 99. It's less but not a big red flag now.

-Fixed Velstadt leggings not showing
-Removed boss soul items from on the character
-Moved upgrade materials to item box.
-Fixed the Avelyn and Shield Crossbow to proper upgrade level.
-Moved keys to the appropriate spot (keys won't carry to NG+ now, will make a save with them to carry but I believe this is what was causing the freezing. That or b/c I hacked together a save to get 10chars)

Tell me something, what use is it to have a level 1 character with 5 stats at 99 if you don't intend to play online? If you only want to play offline with that character, the level is completely irrelevant, the game doesn't change when offline. It's only online that soul level matters.

As for what you wrote in that quote...I don't need you to feel sorry for me, I would like you to start realizing you are not the centre of the world. I, much like many people, would like to enjoy legitimate PvP. And we would like to keep doing that without having to deal with hackers. Heck, I believe mostly every gamer would love to see hacking go away for good when it comes to Online gaming.
Also, yes, too love killing hackers, it has a special taste of victory when your opponent is using infinite health and you still beat him, but you shouldn't have to deal with hackers in the first place. Hacking and cheats were intended for people to get more enjoyment out of their game, but this was before games had people play with each other. When you do it against others, you're just a spoiled little brat that thinks itself to be superior to others and likes ruining other people's fun.
Finally, I meant "lost", not "lots", but I'm sure you knew that already, you just find it important to point out a slight mistake in my writing, because that is clearly important to the argument...
As for if you want that character for offline play, I can create a level 500+ character with 99 on all those stats you asked. Is that okay for you? Because if it is indeed for offline play, the level doesn't matter at all, all you need is the stats.

Jesus, of course it's just a game. A piece of software designed by teams of developers that are selling you a product for your entertainment at a pretty high price (compared to similar media like movies and so on). A product you purchase with the intention of extracting as much fun as possible out of it.
Let me put it into a perspective of a kid, or student, whatever you are.
Let's say you are studding for 12 years, at which point, you apply for a University. You will be awarded (or not) a place in the University of your choosing if you manage to get good enough grades to be inside a small bracket of people that are select for said position. But what if, someone else takes your place by either cheating on their exams, or simply buying their way into your position. Anything else other than by legitimately getting better grades than you and therefore being selected before you.
I mean, it's just life, you'll likely have to try applying a second time, wait a year if said attempt also fails. But hey, no big problem right? If others wish to cheat and cause you problems, you'll just say, "It's just life", instead of actually doing something about it.
Just because this is just a game, it doesn't mean I'm not right, nor that people shouldn't think about it. We live (at least I do) in a society, where our actions easily influence other people's lives. And if you do something that harms others you should be punished, in this case of a video game with an online component, you should be banned from the service.
(And I use the Mule, because it doesn't provide an unfair advantage over others. It's only when you actually modify stuff, put infinite health, so on, that you are actually getting an unfair advantage.)
