If your using the Save Editor then yes the trophies will still unlock.
If you use the save then trophies should still unlock when you resign it to your profile.
But if you have any problems you could always join a modded zombies games and get the trophies unlocked that way

Here is my save for "Shot in the dark" (this is in easy difficulty and dont kill too much when the lights are ON!)

The save for “Blue Ribbon” did not work for me, even I have finished 4 players game twice. Anyway I have got this on my final run which is very close. LOL!

Thanks for that save man. +10 awesome points to you lol. That trophy wasn't too hard for me to get ... but hopefully it will help others in need.

Neither of the "Sum of All Zeroes" saves seem to be working for me. It acknowledges you've beaten every mission up until that point but there's no "RESUME GAME" option; it just says New Game and Mission Select for some reason.
