In this post I Will be modding saves with my Game Genie, and I will also be assisting you however else I can (save resigning, hex editing, region changing, and redirecting to other posts that may help more than I can). How it works:
To contact me simply quote my post or message me with a link to your save and tell me what you want done. For additional assistance cases such as hex-editing I will keep a back up of the save for you so that I can fix any mistakes that could be made.

Additional notes:

I will post a thread with the save and let him know so he can add it (with your permission). In this case I will clear the param.sfo for you so that people can't get your profile info.

I'll do the game genie part of it for you. But that tutorial you provided is very in depth and I'm sure you can do that part on your own, I simply don't have enough time on my hands. the only difference is that you would be using bruteforce instead of horizon because its a PS3 save. also, the link for your save is dead.
