How did you guys make the cloud sync work? I can't get it to sync so I can get the platinum on ps4 & vita

I need some help fellas. I have a problem with my hex edit when the letters on the side of the save shows weird signs instead of letters. specially when I look for the place to put my PSN i.D in. am I missing a javascript or something i need to install to be able to read it? like its unread human characters.
