You need to decrypt the save before hexediting.

hello sorry for my bad english
i have a problem for sound shapes i have a french version
its ok for hacked ps3 platinum but i have a big problem for psvita
i cant sync to the cloud (error to sync) with last update 1.11
now with elite moss patch blocker (no update) launch the sync the game freeze
please help me for sync to my ps vita

It doesn't sync cause you need to edit SAVE.JSO (decrypt it first) with your PSN ID.Follow the guide in the first post or send me your save and your PSN ID in PM, and I'll hexedit for you.
