Some say they've gotten it, others not.
You could finish the game from the master cataloger save if you need it.
I haven't played the game for months, but I'm fairly confident this is either right at the very end or only a few missions from the end.

What do you mean "master cataloger save"?
I've used the only save in this thread. I have to beat the final boss but when I've beaten no hardest difficulty trophy popped

Yes, it will pop, I know it is modded.
The game is a pain.. i made it halfway legit.. couldnt handle the rest haha
