Post: Possible FIX for Error 80030C25/CORRUPTED FOLDERS
07-19-2014, 07:22 PM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Guys, I'm pretty sure that NPWR00900_00 is a corrupted trophy file, so get rid of that. Going by Shadow's post on the post at CC, I would assume this to be most accurate, as the folder is shown to be non valid in PS3TrophyIsGood whereas the others in my folder were showed up. One folder did show all red, as in being "in sync", which was NPWR03597_00. So if you guys are having trouble, try deleting those folders? I may be wrong, but after deleting those folders and readding the folders to my PS3, the 80030C25 error went away. And no I didn't add all 700 at once. I select a small few, 5-12, and put them into a separate folder for resigning. If this method proves to be true, then NPWR00556_00, NPWR00714_00, NPWR00768_00, NPWR00797_00 can be safely deleted as well. I'll post the rest of the corrupted folders as I find them.

Here's more of what I believe are corrupted folders that will either give you the error 80030C25 among others, or will give you 0% trophies (which no one wants Winky Winky ): NPWR00862_00, NPWR00927_00, NPWR00929_00, NPWR00967_00, NPWR01007_00, NPWR01031_00, NPWR01075_00, NPWR01115_00, NPWR01129_00, NPWR01180_00, NPWR01193_00, NPWR01321_00, NPWR01361_00, NPWR01365_00, NPWR01375_00, NPWR01402_00, NPWR01460_00, NPWR01462_00, NPWR01505_00, NPWR01515_00, NPWR01559_00, NPWR01568_00, NPWR01670_00, NPWR01692_00, NPWR01723_00, NPWR01724_00, NPWR01737_00, NPWR01756_00, NPWR01764_00, NPWR01783_00, NPWR01823_00, NPWR01834_00, NPWR01864_00, NPWR01913_00, NPWR02066_00, NPWR02081_00, NPWR02122_00, NPWR02123_00, NPWR02298_00, NPWR02472_00, NPWR02534_00, NPWR02627_00, NPWR02653_00, NPWR02751_00, NPWR02898_00, NPWR02920_00, NPWR02961_00, NPWR03063_00, NPWR03074_00, NPWR03076_00, NPWR03198_00, NPWR03213_00, NPWR03297_00, NPWR03663_00, NPWR03731_00, NPWR03808_00, NPWR04413_00, NPWR04610_00, NPWR04672_00, NPWR04870_00, NPWR04891_00, NPWR04898_00

I've noticed that some of these trophies, specifically the ones that return "Out of Memory" when going through the PS3TrophyIsGood are the ones that will give you less than Platinum -- that is to say, for example NPWR03808_00, which is Dead Space 3, gave me 84% trophy completion, but no matter how many times you try to delete it from the PS3, it will stay on the PSN servers and cannot be gotten rid of. So it's best to stay away from those types of folders. Winky Winky

You can correct me if I'm wrong, but after deleting these folders, I have resolved just about all problems with these trophies, so...
I used the 700 "working" Trophies Folder for the reference, and not the 900, because that would serve to be a bigger waste of time Winky Winky If this helped you in any sort of way, please tell me. I don't want to have done all this work for only myself, so if you want me to upload the folder with these corrections, I'll be glad to, but you can just as easily do it yourselves. Besides, I would like some verification that these corrections did in fact help others, as it has helped me. It might not fix all errors, and some of these may work for others, but I'd like to be safe and go with the ones that are guaranteed to work. Winky Winky Winky Winky So after all this, my 700 trophies became 633 trophies. Now, when I go to do free recoveries for people, I won't have this error come up all the time, which is a major relief.

NPWR01116_00, NPWR01184_00 DO NOT have any trophies unlocked.

Any response would be nice and is encouraged! If people believe this to be a working and successful method, then I will surely comb through the 900 trophy folder as well, and provide a link to a fully corrected folder, with almost no chance of error. Smile Please don't groan at me or downvote, or whatever. I am only trying to help people who don't want to deal with the bs that is the corrupted folder. I know it's a lot to delete 67 folders, but it's well worth it. If need be, provide some creative criticism.

Frosty im trying to narrow down problems. I use Ccapi to spoof my console id before i log onto the PSN servers. Im just wondering though, is this possibly what could be causing some of the issues with errors do you think ? Sometimes its very easy for me to forget to spoof my CID as its something i only like to do if i know im about to log online. It just ensures that my lil ones dont accidentally log in without wiping my history etc via PSNinja and sending redflags in to Sony. The process i use to resign the folders is from the same source as the 700 and 900 trophy folders. I do still have PS3TrophyIsGood installed on my computer from way back when and it did work for me sometime ago. I abondoned the method simply because the process of decrypting and encrypting the TRNS and especially timestamps was time consuming. The bruteforce method offered was attractive as it decrypted and encrypted multiple folders all at once. Does ensuring having the same CID that youll be using to sync trophies throughout the entire process important at all or no ?

I wouldn't think so due to the fact that the folders do not have your console id linked to them, so console id difference should be a non-issue, yes?

Thanks Frosty, i kindve figured out why people are having issues. It has to do with BruteForce. Quite frankly there are issues whenever people try and decrypt and then re-encrypt large batches of folders. Not sure why but the difference between 30 at a time as opposed to 100+ seems to run alot more smoother and error free.

Maybe one day they'll update Bruteforce to be more efficient.

Im still getting the same error
07-11-2016, 07:40 PM #88
About C25 error to solve the issue
Please Follow this Method

1. Go to multiman

2. browse to ur trophy folders: (hdd0/home/userid/trophy/

3. delete all The "SKI_####"Folders.

4. delete "NPWR###" the first 3 folders & 3 Last Folders in the List. ... Then try sync

5. Keep Repeating. Step 3 if need it . and step 4. And Trying to Sync again. Until. u Get Error D05 And Then Just Sync again And u Will Get a D55 Smile

Why MULTIMAN ??

the Only Method To Fixing a C25 Is The Multiman Method, If u Delete a corrupted trophy from "Trophy Collection: it Wont Let u sync again Until u rebuild, with the multiman Method .. It easy& no need to rebuild again and again.

If any questions p.m.
