Note: I didn't check 100% save will give you any trophies, you guys can try the save and let us know here if its pop any trophies. Also reset one puzzle from each chapter to try to obtain following trophy (Factory line repair, Windmill repair consultant, Mine machinery specialist) and also uploaded auto save files which occurred at certain stage in game, these auto save files might give u something or not. You guys can check it out 
I thought to contribute something back to NGU.
So, Please let me know if anything is missing or faulty.
