Here I come again to release my 2nd decryptor in my life. Main feature of this tool is to decrypt 2nd layer encryption.

I have no idea why the scanned result contain Trojan virus,so its you guys call,remove link or close the thread if admin wants. Use at your own risk. I dont even know how to inject virus lol I only care how to edit saves or hack cheats.

I can't get this to work.
I follow the instructions- Decrypt in BSD, use the tool to decrypt second layer, go back to BSD to apply cheats, but BSD still says 0 cheats applied.
My game Region ID is NPUB31449 (US Version)
Not sure why I can't get this to work, unless an updated version of BSD is required (I am using BSD ver. 4.6)
Any input or assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.
