As a frequent lurker of these boards, I thought it was time to give back so I trudged through this game just for you guys. It won't help many but I do hope it comes in handy.
In the rar I included multiple saves so that you can attain the collectable trophies at a believable rate. If you don't care about that, feel free to use the platinum save
If you need story related trophies, you'll just need to complete the story missions to unlock them.
If you use the platinum save, you'll need to load up the save in game once before quitting and re-entering. If you don't, trophies will not unlock aside from the trophies pertaining to max BLOOD and HEALTH.
Within each folder I also included: the unlocked save (copy protection removed and profile blanked) and a Read file detailing what needs to be done for the collectable related trophies. All you have to do is resign the save to your profile. Enjoy the plat guys!

Yes you can. The save with 43AAA in the folder name should have a mission available for you to easily AAA. The Read Me has more details on which mission to play to unlock the prior ones (and thus the one I most likely left for the trophy). Sorry, its been awhile so I'm not completely sure on the details anymore. Again, probably a good reason to hurry up and make the OP more legible before I forget more details...

Thanks for the great save set.
In order to get the 44 AAA missions completed I had to first play story chapter 3 and find the first instance of Scarlett to be awarded the Combo challenge 1 (just up the stairs right at the beginning) as I noticed it was missing from the list of completed challenges (everything else completed to AAA). For some reason the notepad guide file included in the save doesn't talk about this anywhere.
Complete that challenge with a AAA rank to get both the "completed all challenges" trophy and the "get 44 AAA ranks" trophy.
Hope that helps some people figure it out.
