Just go to shredder and hop in the blacked out areas on the map above him (Use an upward smoke bomb: O + up) for 100% completion credit... I already beat him, so you don't have to.
You can also get all 6 enemy trophies by defeating 1 of each enemy type
Unfortunately, those 7 trophies are the only ones I could get to pop with the save.

Speed Run Save (Also A platinum Save)
(This will give you all 4 Speed trophies + Beat the game with no upgrades)
You have 8 minutes to beat shredder (game save is at 51 min)
It took me 3 min to beat him... i suggest you beat the game so you know how to defeat shredder... hes super easy if you do the trutle switch exploit until he is vulnerable (after he does a light attack)
He only takes 3 correctly executed shell kickers to defeat.. first is left or right (towards the wall) 2nd is up, 3rd is down

You can also freely roam the maps after you defeat the boss, so feel free to also use this save to clear collectibles at your own pace as all weapons are upgraded and all areas are unlocked.

Great save guys. Do any one have the saves for the Conversationalist trophy and also to up grade the turtles?

Conversationalist MAY pop because it is a platinum save... Just speed run to the first character you need to talk to (takes about 6 min) and have Donetello out when you talk to him
I did not bother to make collectible saves because i wasnt sure when they were going to pop... I was organically grinding for this platinum.
All you should need to do legit are the story trophies, upgrade all turtles (very fast as enemies constantly respawn if you move in and out of locations) and get collectibles... possible conversationalist....
You however dont have to worry about timing yourself or covering every inch of the game or collecting all cats...

Couldn't get conversationalist to pop with the above method, I really suck at this game until the turtles are powered up so my attempt at a save for conversationalist has failed miserably. Think I'll be posting this back unless someone who's better than me can make a save for conversationalist?

I tried clicking on 'rebuild full' but the save gets corrupted every time, suggestions??

Did the Speedrun-Save work with a european edition of the game?
