You should be able to get practically every trophy using these saves. You will notice that each trophy has two files in it (the actual game save and the options/global save). You will need both of these, as the global save stores portal master rank, emblems, hats, etc. You should be able to get the story trophies no problem by replaying the last chapter of each level.
