One thing to note and kinda important, these were made on VERSION 1.0 of the game.
I blanked the param on every save.
My suggestion is for you to play on your own up to mission 31, so you pop the story mission without worrying about other trophies popping first.
At least play to mission 4 or 5 to get the simple trophies that you have to do on your own.
Some trophies may pop before I say they do due to this was the second time playing the game and i already had the trophies.
trophies that need to be done on your own are
ALL STORY RELATED TROPHIES EXCEPT MISSION 31 (i have a save for it cuz HERO and WAR BUDDY will pop after you complete the mission)
APPRENTICE (use another character other then snake, you can use pretty much any of my saves for this one)
UNDERTAKEN (complete a side op)
CAPTURED (capture a outpost)
EXTRACTION (fulton a enemy soldier)
INTERROGATION (interrogate a enemy soldier, you will need a translator..you can use second or third save for this one)
TO THE RESCUE (rescue a female prisoner. mission 24 has you rescue 2 prisoners, one is a female. Or mission 23 has a lone female prisoner, take DDog with you to make it easier)
INTRUDER (as this was done on 1.0, i haven't touched online, i suggest you do this one last. you don't have to win for it to pop)
here is my save set...all saves have a TXT read me file with a small explanation. nothing is hard as i have good equipment with max money and resources.
