A lot of people are posting the same theories and mixing up the emblem with the COD4 one. The COD4 one, which is shown below is obtained through the Spectre IV challenge completion:

According to 402, this emblem is obtainable in the game without hacking or modding. Proof of him saying this is shown on his Twitter account as well as the pictures below:

So now that you all know what emblem we're looking for, here are some of the THEORIES that people have thought of and proven to be wrong. Also, no one has obtained this emblem without hacking the game.
THEORIES IN THE TRASH:

The game doesn't know the difference between hack and legit.
All Achievements Unlocked: FALSE.
100% Completion on Campaign, Spec Ops , Multiplayer (1100%): FALSE.

This would take approximately 112 nukes but if you want to be realistic and say 6 kills per game, you would call in about 167 nukes)

Complete all HIDDEN Challenges: Hackers have pretty much found all of the hidden challenges in the game and completed them. The game doesn't consist of many hidden challenges and even if it was a hidden challenge, then modded game lobbies would unlock every challenge despite it being hidden.
So there's the few theories many of us have gone through in order to get this emblem, and thus far, we're pretty much out of luck and ideas. Hackers have looked into the .csv (game codes) to find something that may stand out, and so far the only thing they found is the following:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
You have to be level 70 to unlock the AK47, unfortunately the Marksmen challenge only goes upto 3 (III), which doesn't help us at all.
It also doesn't have anything to do with any of the DLC content as 402 said that the emblem was obtainable on the PS3 way before the first DLC came out.
Post any new theories you guys have. We're going to find out how to get this emblem!
Also, please refrain from posting theories that have already been proven wrong. We need NEW ones.

Ok he(402) replied to a guy asking about the emblem 402 quotes, " I assume you are tenth prestige level 70" This means that you must be 10th 70. Ok so you unlock Ak47 at level 70 and you unlock the 10th custom class at 10th prestige. Might be something to do with those 2. I know it sounds crazy but worth a shot. ANother thing i was thinking is you have to kill at least one person with every single thing in the game. That includes killstreaks, guns, stuns, flashes claymores direct impacts and blowin stuff up like cars or environment. Might wanna try this?

You're talking about the attachment challenges XD
Also the tenth custom class is unlocked at the 9th prestige not 10th.

How many times do we have to say that the code refers to the prestiege marksman challenge which is veteran. I love how people always feel like they are correcting someone when they havent even been involved with this thread long enough to know whats been said.
Also the idea of having to kill someone in everyway possible isnt it. That means you would have to kill someone by fire hidrant, the possessed mirror in the barber shop on favela, killing someone with the stinger....etc. Also you unlock the the tenth custom class at the beginning of the tenth prestiege not level 70.

maybe it means you cant be tenth prestige level 70 to unlock it because i read the original post and the guy was asking why he couldnt get it. maybe you have to do all challenges or anything that has been suggested here before tenth prestige or before level 70

yea but i followed the entire thread, just never had any ideas...so i never posted...
and maybe it is a time thing-like use the ak for X amount of time?

it has been proven wrong as well, there is no ak marksman 4
because they were saying if the code for it was there (amount of kills needed) then you cant unlock the emblem.
but-they said the emblem is unlockable but that is not the way- "we are back to square one" he states

hello every one i recently found out that the spinning gold skull emblem is obtained by getting 5000 headshots with ak-47 if any one has a pvr and can boost with some one to get this i would be thankful
