A lot of people are posting the same theories and mixing up the emblem with the COD4 one. The COD4 one, which is shown below is obtained through the Spectre IV challenge completion:

According to 402, this emblem is obtainable in the game without hacking or modding. Proof of him saying this is shown on his Twitter account as well as the pictures below:

So now that you all know what emblem we're looking for, here are some of the THEORIES that people have thought of and proven to be wrong. Also, no one has obtained this emblem without hacking the game.
THEORIES IN THE TRASH:

The game doesn't know the difference between hack and legit.
All Achievements Unlocked: FALSE.
100% Completion on Campaign, Spec Ops , Multiplayer (1100%): FALSE.

This would take approximately 112 nukes but if you want to be realistic and say 6 kills per game, you would call in about 167 nukes)

Complete all HIDDEN Challenges: Hackers have pretty much found all of the hidden challenges in the game and completed them. The game doesn't consist of many hidden challenges and even if it was a hidden challenge, then modded game lobbies would unlock every challenge despite it being hidden.
So there's the few theories many of us have gone through in order to get this emblem, and thus far, we're pretty much out of luck and ideas. Hackers have looked into the .csv (game codes) to find something that may stand out, and so far the only thing they found is the following:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
You have to be level 70 to unlock the AK47, unfortunately the Marksmen challenge only goes upto 3 (III), which doesn't help us at all.
It also doesn't have anything to do with any of the DLC content as 402 said that the emblem was obtainable on the PS3 way before the first DLC came out.
Post any new theories you guys have. We're going to find out how to get this emblem!
Also, please refrain from posting theories that have already been proven wrong. We need NEW ones.

lol yea those kinds of books are the only ones i find interesting and read. my friend told me a nuke on every map but told him it was probably proven.
he said since the one before it has to do with the ac 130, hes thinking in the lines of the nuke. a nuke as the only killstreak equipped was probably proven too right?

yes it has been proven. and i thought that too. that's why i tried calling a nuke in last stand but you can't use killstreaks in last stand.

i'm kind of thinking that you might have to get a nuke or call a nuke where each of the teddy bears are located or something i dunno. maybe it has nothing to do with teddy bears. but i think it kind of does somehow. i dunno. or it could be 1,000 nuke kills or 1,000 nukes called in. i dunno man. i am thinking teddy bears and nukes and hidden challenges.

haven't tried final stand. that's what i was thinking of walking downstairs just a second ago lol. can you use killstreaks in final stand? andddd what if it was get the nuke kill while in final stand, meaning you're in final stand then kill someone and get the nuke then call it while in final stand maybe. but actually that's dumb cos you'd need to die four times. i dunno man. maybe we're thinking too hard.

yea i think so too. its 2 am and im not fully there. 4 deaths in a row, wouldnt make sense plus, it would be nearly impossible to have that luck. or 4 deaths and someone puts u in final stand after u earn the nuke. i doubt u could pull out the laptop while in final stand too. 1000 nukes is pretty crazy and would think about 1 or 2 people would earn the emblem.

Its dlc for sure no one on ps3 has it only people on xbox and on xbox the mappack has already come out but not on ps3!!!!

i think it will be put in a later dlc because from the start activision planned on milking the crap out of their customers
