A lot of people are posting the same theories and mixing up the emblem with the COD4 one. The COD4 one, which is shown below is obtained through the Spectre IV challenge completion:

According to 402, this emblem is obtainable in the game without hacking or modding. Proof of him saying this is shown on his Twitter account as well as the pictures below:

So now that you all know what emblem we're looking for, here are some of the THEORIES that people have thought of and proven to be wrong. Also, no one has obtained this emblem without hacking the game.
THEORIES IN THE TRASH:

The game doesn't know the difference between hack and legit.
All Achievements Unlocked: FALSE.
100% Completion on Campaign, Spec Ops , Multiplayer (1100%): FALSE.

This would take approximately 112 nukes but if you want to be realistic and say 6 kills per game, you would call in about 167 nukes)

Complete all HIDDEN Challenges: Hackers have pretty much found all of the hidden challenges in the game and completed them. The game doesn't consist of many hidden challenges and even if it was a hidden challenge, then modded game lobbies would unlock every challenge despite it being hidden.
So there's the few theories many of us have gone through in order to get this emblem, and thus far, we're pretty much out of luck and ideas. Hackers have looked into the .csv (game codes) to find something that may stand out, and so far the only thing they found is the following:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
You have to be level 70 to unlock the AK47, unfortunately the Marksmen challenge only goes upto 3 (III), which doesn't help us at all.
It also doesn't have anything to do with any of the DLC content as 402 said that the emblem was obtainable on the PS3 way before the first DLC came out.
Post any new theories you guys have. We're going to find out how to get this emblem!
Also, please refrain from posting theories that have already been proven wrong. We need NEW ones.

not bad, i have around 336 or more i forget. anyways i'd do the attack heli. that way the stealth bomber will be a breeze.. trust me. you wanna do the attack heli first cos i'm not gunna lie, it's a bitch but it's so relieving when it's complete. stealth bomber is easy as it kills no matter what, attack helicopter can't be controlled. but we have an easy way to get kills. maps it's good at are wasteland, rundown, terminal, and a couple others, maybe estate if we go to the boat house. other than that though, it seems to wonder everywhere else but where the people it needs to kill are. lol ask gothik and ant.

dont even get me started on attack heli, for almost a month every lobby with jermz we had to crouch and spin around in little circles like retarded ducks lol. Also jermz ill set my streak to attack heli stealth and chopper, as im going for stealth bomber now. dude im boosting right now, 800 headshots with rpd lol

well damn man! that's awesome, you'll be able to catch up with me soon. lol. i'm mainly going for the 2500 kills. it's a bitch man.

okay go to message box, you'll see the option to go to sent or received, don't click on either. you're gunna hi-light the received and hit triangle. and then just hit the delete option. if you don't get it look on youtube for a video. and i stumbled across a mw2 sig maker last night. it's on this site, just look for it. i forget where at though. but i think it's under this discussion. anyways man i have early class, gotta get some rest. goodnight and talk to you guys tomorrow.

actually ive found that the attack helicopter for me is easier im on level IV of that and only level III for the stealth. That is my pain lol. I guess becasue i can only get my max killstreak twice and end up having bad luck afterwards. My stealth bomber for the most part only ends up killing 2 people for the most part, I wish most of the people i played with would have radar lol.

^^^ yeah dude, i love it when jermz and all of us play legit, because someone is always rocking the uav, like usually i will do it, because i have no skill to get higher killstreaks lol. Generally we will play legit when our ffa lobbies fall through, or do random private matches I.E throwing knife fights, or riot shield battles.

yeah boosting with those guys is fun and professional at the same time. It seems really boring to do any other type of boosting without them lol and they do it smart and fast...an effective way :rolleyes:
