Even though the PS3 is insanely more reliable, it doesn't mean it costs nothing. Just send a new PS3, it's simple.

You dont make sense, but when you send in your system to sony they give you a "refurbished" model. unlike microsoft who sends a brand new shrink wrapped 360.

idk about this, i mean you guys sure you took proper care of your system? ive had the 60 gb since launch and not 1 problem. im for the doing the same thing but you guys cant just throw a lawsuit because a couple ps3s broke, not everyone is gonna survive. i know it sucks ass for those whos ps3s did break but you guys probably need alotta evidence n sh**

If you think the new 360 you got is new, it isn't. Microsoft pulls the same stuff as Sony in that case. They just shrink-wrap it.

If you knew anything about Microsoft, you'd know they're the laziest company out there. 360 = just a cash cow they used for profit.
