And who is to say Sony dosen't??? For no reason many peoples ps3 breaks less than a month after warranty expires... who can for sure say they didnt purposly use shoddy hardware/ or even "set" some PS3's to fail?

but whos to say that all the people who mod their ps3's arent breaking them. yea some break for no reason but alot of people download stuff to the ps3. i agree but some hard evidence is needed.

True, true, you are correct 110%, but it's not the modded consoles i'm talkin about.... and as far as software.., "Y.D.L" ,and Firmware updates from "Sony" is/are standardized, and are not open to harmful modification...
