how do you get these to work?
Do you just load them onto a flashdrive? Or do you have to go in a replace certain files? Can someone explain this to me.

u have to replace files, in most of the saves the only files in them are the 1s u need so just copy them & swap with yours
if theres other files in the save copy everything but the image & Params,
sorry i cant be more specific but i dont remember the exact names of the files u need 2 swap

I Can confirm that with this save you can also get the following trophies

there was a gamesave on fusion where you didn't have to kill the boss to get the hard to kill trophy, you just load up the save and get it, it's a shame it's not here though, also does any of these saves get you the Cleanup trophy? i'm having a hard time trying to get it on my current save.
edit: yeah the web trophies from fusion are missing here too, shame

Just go to a place with loads of infected people and get them to surround you, then kill them all in one go using the whip - simple
