but I already spent $90 on some badass headphones. I got $23 back because they went on sale like 2 days after I bought them. So I'm buying the cheap one. I won't be able to tell if it's effective, because I still have yet to get my PS3 back (got pissed off and punched a hole in the wall, gotta fix all 8 now), but it should prolong the life of it for at least a bit.

Fans aren't really neccesary, just make sure you're PS3 is in a open space and it won't sound lik a fuking jet engine

i got a fan but my ps3 still get hot ima just buy a real fan like a big on and just set it up to blow on my ps3 24/7 =]

Just got it. It's pretty quiet and I'm waiting for the PS3 back.
