1st) Create a match and set it to "No Late joins". Only you and your second player.
2nd) Be a Medic so you can heal faster.
3rd) Go to a wall where ememies are shooting at you and have the second player peak a little bit out of the wall to where the enemies can see him and he gets shot and dies.
4th) The first player stay safe behind the wall and heals the second player.
And from there all the first player has to do is hold the Healing button and it takes a while but there and ton of ribbons for you

you can also do this without enemies' help just have as many spec ops that will fit on a car and at least one medic <-- better with one
get all spec ops to stand on a burning car and have the medic constantly heal them and the spec ops keep throwing ammo kits at the medic you can easily get a few medals with this as many times as u want like throw an ammo kit and hit a target from 10 meters away and heal 1000 points of health within 3 seconds etc
