1st) Create a match and set it to "No Late joins". Only you and your second player.
2nd) Be a Medic so you can heal faster.
3rd) Go to a wall where ememies are shooting at you and have the second player peak a little bit out of the wall to where the enemies can see him and he gets shot and dies.
4th) The first player stay safe behind the wall and heals the second player.

And from there all the first player has to do is hold the Healing button and it takes a while but there and ton of ribbons for you
