(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); this is just me thinking this but have you noticed in all the videos not one of them shows a backup game having a patch being used, is it using the patch already on the system or if you have not got the patch does it play without one.

what im saying is if you rent the disc copy it will it say you need a patch for this game to work? it might do it might not i think it will this is just something that popped into my mind a few moments ago.

I remember reading that booting games using PSJailbreak will not download the patch. So you need to load the game with the original 1st, then download the patch, then use PSJailbreak. After that, it will read the patch that you downloaded (I'll try to find source, but I know that this is true).

Besides, I don't see the problem of not being able to download the patch for a game since YOU NEED the original disc to backup anyway.

or someone could jsut make a program for the ps3 that downlaods the ps3 patch's straight to a external USB then people can post the update with game tittle and BLES code and someone should make a installer to install the patched files and then WALLA! we have the latest patches

I think that already exists. When PS3News.com enables their forum again, they have a section for PSN download links. They have game updates there too (and if the method I'm suggesting works, I'm sure that game updates will be posted more frequently). The game updates are .pkg files, so they can be installed using the "*Install Package Files" option that comes with PSJailbreak.
