Ok,
1. Are those lobbies running on Unkn0wns patch? No.
2. You get what you pay for, my lobbies have infinitely more to do and use and are much more fun than any free Godlymodz one.

Ok, i have a question. All those infections work ONLINE? I mean like if i join a search and destroy game, i could use at4-nuke? or even immediately get a nuke?
Also, can i customize my leaderboards with this?
And lastly, how long does one online game last?

Mate they're not infections, they are options you can pick whilst using the VIP menu.
You can customize stats yes.
A game lasts as long as a regular domination game, so it can vary.
