stats dont stick... everything was fine, levelling up etc, how you sposed to exit game without using XMB if start freezes it
once i restarted game, back down to level i was on origianlly
EDIT:
ah game has to end i think, you never put this in your steps
Best way for Max points = Demo, with tactical so kills also ?

Start has never frozen my game. I was going to point this out earlier but you can still exit the game with start, you just can't see the box that pops up when you press exit game.
