Geohots lawyers have responded to Sony's legal motion by describing many flaws on why Sony's are suing George Hotz and poking holes in everything about geohot's alleged relation with Team Fail0verflow.
Sony pretty much base the documents of what has been seen on website such as PSX-Scene, Twitter, PS3News, etc.
Most of Sony's legal motion is already invalid enough, Geohot's attorney just pretty much close the case already with they response to the Legal Motion.
It really looks like Geohot and Team Fail0verflow are gonna win this courtcase.

Haha I think it has now been very well established on the forum that Geohot will win the courtcase. Althought just asking a hacking forum, who pretty much worship Geohot is a bit biased.
