Geohots lawyers have responded to Sony's legal motion by describing many flaws on why Sony's are suing George Hotz and poking holes in everything about geohot's alleged relation with Team Fail0verflow.
Sony pretty much base the documents of what has been seen on website such as PSX-Scene, Twitter, PS3News, etc.
Most of Sony's legal motion is already invalid enough, Geohot's attorney just pretty much close the case already with they response to the Legal Motion.
It really looks like Geohot and Team Fail0verflow are gonna win this courtcase.

wow I'm actually surprised that he has chance to win the court case even though when Sony is rich as F*ck with the Most Skilled Lawyers in the Game.

Well. If you read the thread. You would of seen I did metion Team Fail0verflow. Geohot and Fail0verflow are pretty linked into this on courtcase. and I guess its easier for people to just write geohot instead or geohot and Team Fail0verflow.

they took out other os and its like bringing it back he TOOK out back up possibility

Exactly. Its because it's not illegel. Thats why Apple and Sony cant do shit.

The only thing Sony might get Geohot on is the piracy. Because now there are BackUp Managers out , although not working, The court could consider it piracy. But then again Geohot tryed not to enable piracy the the 3.55-JB, and he does not condone it. IDK whats gonna happen.
