Not the most beneficial test, but cuts down time I suppose.
Collecting a prize bubble will give you all of the prize bubble based trophies. Getting you any points will give you the 1mil points trophy. Completing a level from given sub-path will give that trophy ie The Islands. Shooting a paintball will give 5k shots fired trophy. Acing a level (I used the first of the Gardens) will give the Play trophy. Etc.
Play around with the save as you please....
Note: I have not tested anything online, so that may or may not give you more easily.
Thanks @ Nukester for confirming that the Share trophy will pop up if you go online with the save.

same for me, i've uploaded with ftp thsese files:

param.pfd
Game loads, i import the profile, and get 100% levels done.
NO trophies coming out
Any suggestion please?

You don't ping plantinum right off the bat, you need to play the game a little; what I did was (before they shut off the DNS method, use FVCKPSN 0.5 method now) Log on to the LBP servers and find a trophy level. Actually search for mine under LordOcelot and play y levels it should unlock most of your trophies. Then heart me and my level, copy my levels and re-post them so people can unlock your trophies.
Confused? Just look up my levels online (in LBP) and play them.

I got the 20X trophy, 'coz others i already got before.
Starnge thing is that i completed all the levels before changing the save, except for temples, now that i have this save 100%, that trophy doesn't come up.
what should i try?

it worked for me.
u have to update the game version to 1.03
enter the game and export your user profile from the pod
exit the game
enter ftp and overwrite these files:
0
big000
param.pfd
load the game and import the profile from the pod
