Not the most beneficial test, but cuts down time I suppose.
Collecting a prize bubble will give you all of the prize bubble based trophies. Getting you any points will give you the 1mil points trophy. Completing a level from given sub-path will give that trophy ie The Islands. Shooting a paintball will give 5k shots fired trophy. Acing a level (I used the first of the Gardens) will give the Play trophy. Etc.
Play around with the save as you please....
Note: I have not tested anything online, so that may or may not give you more easily.
Thanks @ Nukester for confirming that the Share trophy will pop up if you go online with the save.

My Save (BCES00141) has:

I replaced this files to my Folder (BCES00141):
RESULT
NOTHING HAPPENED. STILL HAVING MY OLD PROFILE (PLAYING WITHOUT A PATCH)
UPDATE:
I got it to work now.
I updated the game to the most recent version.
After updating it your save will be stored in the GameData Utility. For making a Backup of this you need to be inGame and press Start and then Options. There should be a tab called profile. Make a backup and then leave the game. Enter to your FTP and you will see a new folder called BCES00141PROFILE4D383B6D <- This is the one in my opinion. Now Download the files from the first post and replace the following files to your new folder:
Go out of the FTP and enter the game. Now go to options again and import your profile it's the one with aprox 270KB. Done you have your new profile added.
I used this savegame for LBP2 costumes because my LBP1 save is deleted by formating my PS3.

Ok also I had this problem, copy your save to your computer if you want to play on it later. Enter the ps3 delete your save and game data. Start to play again on the new game, then save your game . this point, you can download the save from this page and replace the files PARAM.PFD, BIG000, and possibly file 0 of the new save. Later in the options profile are importing already swapped save their LBP, and you start to play and you should get a trophy. At the end you can go back to your save who you had previously copied to the computer. I hope you understand what I wrote, unfortunately, my English is not perfect

I've tried this method with a different save file and for some reason, every time I try it tells me that the profile was created by another user. I can't figure out why it's doing that though... I copy every file into the save folder using multiMan except for PARAM.SFO and I just can't get it to work. Has anyone else had this happen?
