So, this is either a HUGE coincidence, or the Kill Switch may prove to be real.

Under the ToS they can ban you from PSN, but not brick your console.

If a large number of jailbroken consoles get bricked & Geohot wins vs Sony(HE WILL, LOGICALLY) then Sony will be sued to ****.

May I ask for Proof?

Im a little tired of people making threads asking weather or not Sony is going to brick they Console if its Jailbroken or running CFW. They can ban you from PSN because its against there Terms and Conditions and User Agreement. But bricking people Consoles. Thats ILLEGAL. Its vandalism, damaging other peoples property, because when you buy it, You own it. Sony can do shit but ban you from PSN ( Thats if you get caught )
