So Sony is attempting to sue GeoHot, (I'm not sure how this is all going, some one give me updates if you wish). So ok there trying to sue him for a fair bit of money, but if GeoHot wins this court case and CFW is possibly maybe allowed? :angel: Then all of the consles sony has banned would have to be reactivated some how, or they would have to issue new ones. Now i don't think sony could deal with like 1million angry customers. :FU::FU:

How ever, if sony does sue GeoHot i predict that were ****ed

Well first of all, GeoHot's hacks were intended to let you open homebrew games and apps. If you have been banned on ps3, this is because you used his hacks to hack online games, which is not the intention of these hacks.

They won't ban a JBer unless they have solid proof of piracy, otherwise they'll be paying up one way or another.
