1)Publishing and providing ECDSA keys, dePKG firmware decryptor program, signing tools,3.55 firmware jailbreak, root keys, and any other technologies that enable unauthorized access
2)Providing links to any website selling/offering the things listed above
3)Engaging in acts of system circumvention of TPMs in the PS3 system to obtain/remove copyrighted works
4)Entering PS3 or PSN to obtain any program, code, information or command
5)Publishing any information obtained by circumbenting the TPMs or by gaining unauthorised access to the PS3/PSN
6)Assisting, facilitating or encouraging others to the above
It is further ordered Hotz must preserve any equipment used for the circumvention devices

LMFAO GeoHot was the first to make a CFW version that doesn't mean he's the only one. Matter of fact he didn't even make the first CFW he just made the first one retarded people could use for themselves. The PS3 encryption keys are out of the bag now only way for sony to fix it would be to round up every PS3 ever made and do a hardware upgrade.

so shud i stay on a bypassed firmware cause im still playing online right now, or shud i update and w8 till the next CFW?

Personally I'm staying on 3.55 cause i still want to play my backed up games but for challenge lobbies just find a patch you really like put it on then revert back to sony 3.55 then go to 3.56. The patch will stay but you will loose the ability to change which patch and if you don't take my advice when you update if you go from CFW 3.55 to sony 3.56 you loose the option to update via usb.

Im thinking about keeping elitemossy's v9 patch but then again i want to host modded zombie matches :\. also if i update while on OFW will i keep the option to use via usb cable. or shud i rethink this and delete ftp black box and file manager along with other hacked accounts. lol and sorry one more questions. my friends practically begged me to hack their accounts but i refused until their begging finally made me say " ok stfu already". so i hacked their accounts and those accounts got banned. will they get console banned? will it be my fault ? will sony ban me from online experience ?
