How much money and how much dick did Sony have to blow to get that to stick?

The fact that this remains in California shows either 1) Sony paid off the judge, or 2) the judge is completely clueless

United Staates showing again the world, that their legal system can't even compete with the most 3rd world countries...
Reply from someone else:
You're right. In most 3rd world countries, Geohot would have been executed by now.

Seriously guize calm down. As it was stated before, Hotz is not the only developer of CFW. There are plenty more people working on it (already) and things will go back to normal soon...granted Hotz won't be able to help (temporarily) but things will go back to the way they were.

All I see in this thread is a bunch of drama queens and a FEW people who actually can read and comprehend English.

not really, if anything, this is a sign of weakness from sony that is basically screaming that they are defenseless against geohot screwing with the ps3 and that they dont want him near it

Hmph. Serves him right for doing such stupid things and ruining it for everyone. Sony has the right to do this to him. I can't say I don't feel sorry for him, but he needs to use his highly evolved brain for more than just hacking sometimes.
