& actually.. Just the oposite of blackops, cus that was a fail in my opinion . I want it to be a fully upgraded mw2 kinda.. Like more realistic .& real up to date future weapons, like 2011-2012 type stuff

Well if Vince Zampella and Jason West get their way then MW3 will probably be released by their new company, Respawn Entertainment whom consists of about 90% of the original IW workforce.
Activision still own the Call of Duty franchise, there's a court hearing in May that will be interesting to see who will win out of all this.
Seriously, doesn't anyone know about the fiasco that happened between Activision and IW and why the CoD games have been such a mess lately?
