IW is pretty much dead now. All of the good coders and developers left and went to RE. And apparently IW is only going to be Co-Developing MW3 with Sledgehammer Games. IW and Sledgehammer are rumored to be doing the single player while Raven Software will do the multiplayer. They're supposed to be using the same MW2 Engine for MW3. These are just rumors, but from my experience NGT is a pretty reliable source.
Also MW3 will be MMO?

Well the MW2 engine sure as hell beats the Treyarch engine. Black Ops just doesn't feel as satisfying as MW2 did. As for removing anything deemed "cheap" in the game Treyarch went too far. Not having claymores or explosives replenished with scavenger, I mean come on. Sure one man army and tactical inserts got abused, but let the gamers police themselves. Hopefully MW3 will right some of these wrongs.

I enjoy quick scoping but... Im sure real battles don't include jumping off buildings and doing a 360 quick scope xD Btw snipers can be called cheap for the instant 1 hit kill
