Sony wouldn't hire him for the fact that he was the main cause of the security breach. In the mindset they have, he's still the one who cracked their system, which means hackers would have someone on the inside. I'm not saying he would cause trouble if he was hired, in fact, I'm confident he wouldn't; But, he's still the one who caused this mess, and they wouldn't pay him for it, even if he could improve their system.
