You have amazing products and I thank you for putting them out for us. Recently I have been highly disappointed with the PS3.*

First you all removed OtherOS which I can completely understand it was a security issue. Hackers were getting to close the the hypervisor.*

The 26th of this month you released 3.56 I am HIGHLY disappointed with this. 3.56 disabled us from upgrading our hard drives. Now did you do this maybe to get more people to use the Cloud? I really don't know. I was going to purchase a 360GB hard drive to upgrade but now I can't.*

To me it seems as if you don't care about your customers, and I am saddened by this. It is literally making me consider buying a Xbox 360, and I HATE the 360.*

Hopefully you can do something with the 3.60 firmware. I doubt you will tho.*

Someone you all know at Sony recently said this and I stand by it,

Sony's garbage. The ps3 will beat 360 if they do these things

1. Add cross game chat.
2. no mandatory updates
3. allow us to run homebrew

They do these things i will love sony for ever but they wont.

yeah i actually thought of getting a xbox360 also, if your going to release a patch, make sure its not full of bugs. Also sad sony sued geohots for hacking there ps3. xbox360 never did that, its making the ps3 look bad & sony look bad. thanks sony for making us look like fools for owning ur system.. even thou now it seems like.. we dont EVEN own it now... SONY U DIKS!!!

Every system update they release causes bricks, they should make updates optional for that reason, the "security" updates are even worse when it comes to that
